Sehen Sie den Telefon- und Präsenzstatus Ihrer Kollegen, Makeln oder gehen Sie in Rückfrage und spielen dem Anrufer Ihr professionelles Wartefeld vor, während Sie ein weiteres Gespräch hinzufügen und dann eine 3er Konferenz einleiten. Telefonieren Sie aus Ihren Kontakten und entscheiden Sie von Fall zu Fall, ob Sie Ihren Anruf via CTI (Rückruffunktion, empfohlen bei Gesprächen aus dem Auto), direkt über VoIP (empfohlen bei guter und konstanter Internetkonnektivität z.B.
